2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- Your payment was successfully charged but the PDF was not delivered due to a technical error on our part.
- You were charged more than once for the same biodata download.
- You experienced a verified payment gateway failure that resulted in an incorrect charge.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You successfully downloaded the watermark-free PDF and changed your mind afterward.
- You entered incorrect personal details in your biodata before downloading (the builder can be edited at any time before payment).
- You chose a template and later decided to use a different one (template selection is available before payment).
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation)
- A brief description of the issue
- The date of the transaction
We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
