User Control: Users can clear all stored workout data at any time by clearing application data in their device's system settings or uninstalling the app.
4. Analytics & Technical Diagnostics
Push Up Counter does not embed or include any third-party advertising, analytics, or telemetry SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics).
Basic, anonymized operating system level crash and performance diagnostics may be processed directly by Google Play or Apple in accordance with your device's global operating system diagnostic settings. These diagnostics do not contain user identities or workout records.
5. User Accounts & Registration
Push Up Counter does NOT require registration, login, or user account creation. The Application functions entirely without user accounts, authentication profiles, or login credentials.
6. Data Retention Policy
All workout logs are stored solely on your device under your direct custody. We do not operate remote user databases or cloud servers.
Retention Criteria: Data is retained locally until manually cleared by the user in system settings or until the application is uninstalled.
Backup & Storage Scope: No remote server backups or cloud copies of your workout logs are created or maintained.
7. Data Deletion & User Control Rights
In compliance with Google Play User Data policies and international privacy standards, users have clear control over their data:
Local Device Storage Model: Because Push Up Counter operates without remote user accounts and does not transmit or store personal content on external servers, there is no remote server-side profile data to delete.
Immediate Local Data Deletion: Users can instantly delete 100% of stored workout records by going to Settings → Apps → Push Up Counter → Storage → Clear Data, or simply by uninstalling the app.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)
General Audience Application: Push Up Counter is a minimalist fitness utility designed for general audiences aged 13 and older. Because the application operates entirely offline and collects zero personal information, it is safe for all audiences. The Application is not directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
The application collects zero personal data, contains no ads or trackers, and operates completely offline on the user's physical device. If you believe that an individual under 13 has provided personal information through external communication, please contact us immediately.
