All gameplay progress, mini-game level unlocks, earned stars, daily quest completions, and audio settings are stored exclusively in the device's local sandboxed storage. Retention Criteria: Local device storage persists until cleared by the parent in device settings or until the game is uninstalled. Third-party ad metrics follow Google retention guidelines.

Brain Quest: Kids Brain Games complies strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for Children (GDPR-K), and Google Play Families Policy.
